Returns Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in its original condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Refund Policy
Haydn Brush Company Ltd will refund payments on returned goods when the goods are returned in original condition and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons Haydn cosmetic brushes cannot be considered brand new products once removed from their original packaging.
